The Marne Movement is a one-of-a-kind session that focus on precise form and function of each exercise and how it relates to the daily lifestyles and goals of each client. We are enthusiastically committed to the mind-body-spirit connection offered by the Pilates Method and uses all the classical pieces of apparatus.
There is absolutely no substitute for personalized training, each person's mental and physical needs are unique, and only focused attention coupled with the intense precision of Pilates form can guarantee muscle re-patterning, so your body can work more efficiently, which leads to lasting change in the body.
At Marne Core Pilates, we encourage our clients to take their health seriously by strength training at least twice per week, although Pilates is safe enough to be done every day. Only your commitment can show the results of a functional, strong, and flexible body through long-term actions and lifestyle habits.
